TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to NeatlyLive. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your user
registration, membership, subscription, and use of the professional cleaning services
provided by NeatlyLive ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By signing up, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or scheduling a service on our
platform, you ("Customer," "user," or "you") expressly agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform or services.
1. PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY & BACKGROUND SCREENING
To ensure the safety, security, and integrity of our marketplace and to protect our dedicated
cleaning professionals, NeatlyLive reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility
of all users registering for the platform.
Background Check Information Policy: NeatlyLive does not retain, store, or
maintain your historical background check results or raw screening data on its servers.
Background checks are processed via secure, third-party consumer reporting agencies solely
to verify eligibility for platform registration. Once eligibility is determined to guarantee
a safe working environment for our service professionals, the underlying raw report data is
not kept by NeatlyLive.
2. MEMBERSHIP, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUND POLICY
NeatlyLive offers recurring service memberships to provide streamlined access to scheduled
cleaning professionals. By enrolling, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected
tier.
Right to Cancel: You may cancel your NeatlyLive membership at any time by
accessing your account settings or contacting our customer support team via email.
CRITICAL CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY: While you may cancel your membership
at any time, if you cancel within the first three (3) months from your initial sign-up date,
you will receive ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND for any paid amounts, setup fees, or membership dues.
Initial commitments are non-refundable during this introductory three-month window.
Post-Three-Month Cancellations: Cancellations made after the initial
three-month period will halt future billing cycles. Services already paid for or rendered
within an ongoing billing period remain non-refundable.
3. CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & DIRECT CONTACT
By signing up, creating an account, or providing your contact information to NeatlyLive, you
provide your express written consent to be contacted by NeatlyLive and its authorized
representatives for administrative, promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.
This consent explicitly includes, but is not limited to, receiving:
- Automated and marketing emails.
- Short Message Service (SMS) text messages.
- Direct phone contact and pre-recorded voice messages.
Communications may be sent to any email address or telephone number you provide. Standard
message and data rates applied by your mobile carrier may apply. You may opt out of
promotional communications at any time by utilizing the "unsubscribe" link in emails or
replying "STOP" to SMS text messages; however, you acknowledge that opting out of
operational communications may impact our ability to deliver scheduled cleaning services
effectively.
4. DATA PRIVACY & THIRD-PARTY SHARING
We respect your privacy and are committed to safeguarding your personal data. NeatlyLive
strictly adheres to a non-commercialization privacy standard:
We will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties without your
explicit consent. Your information is utilized exclusively to facilitate bookings, process
secure payments, communicate scheduling updates, and improve your overall customer
experience with NeatlyLive.
5. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NeatlyLive reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, amend, or replace
any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect operational, legal, or
regulatory changes.
In the event that our Terms and Conditions undergo material changes, you will be notified via
the email address associated with your account. Continued use of our platform or cleaning
services following the issuance of an email notification constitutes your full and binding
acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure your
email information remains current and accurate.
6. SERVICE STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure optimal service delivery, customers must comply with the following operational
rules:
- Access to Premises: The customer must ensure the cleaning professional
has reliable access to the scheduled property at the appointed time. Failure to provide
entry within 20 minutes of the scheduled arrival window may result in a locked-out fee
or a canceled appointment without a refund.
- Safe Environment: Customers must provide a safe working environment.
This includes securing firearms, hazardous substances, and unrestrained or aggressive
pets. Cleaning professionals reserve the right to leave a property if they encounter
unsafe or unsanitary conditions that exceed standard residential scopes (e.g.,
biohazards, mold infestation), and full service charges will still apply.
- Utilities: Properties must have functioning electricity and running
water (both hot and cold). Our cleaning professionals cannot perform services in a
facility devoid of utility infrastructure.
7. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY LIMITATION
Reporting Window: In the rare event of accidental damage or missing property
during a service, the incident must be reported to NeatlyLive support within twenty-four
(24) hours of service completion. Failure to report within this timeframe voids corporate
liability claims.
Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
NeatlyLive’s total cumulative liability for any claim, damage, or loss arising out of or in
connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you to
NeatlyLive in the one (1) month immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement and all matters arising out of or relating to it shall be governed by, and
construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction in which NeatlyLive operates,
without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal actions or
proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the appropriate
courts of that jurisdiction, and parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction therein.
